If you have multiple deposit accounts, you need to designate one as the default account. Your default deposit account is denoted with a gold star.
NOTE: Designating a bank account as a default account only determines where funds from unassigned account codes are deposited. For assistance with updating monthly fee withdrawal relationships, please contact the ConnexPoint Client Services team.
Designate the default deposit account
- On the navigation menu, under Configuration, click Deposit Accounts.
- Click the star next to the account you want to make the default.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Yes.
